Eiffel scholarship program of Excellence Ampère Excellence Scholarship

 Introduction 



The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is an initiative by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs aimed at attracting top international students to study in French higher education institutions. The program is targeted at future leaders in both the private and public sectors, providing them with opportunities to pursue master’s and PhD degrees in France.


Key Details:

Eligibility:

   For Master’s level: Candidates must be under 25 years old at the time of the application.

   For PhD level: Candidates must be under 30 years old at the time of the application.

   Candidates must not be French citizens and should not have previously studied in France at the master’s level.

   PhD applicants need to have a joint supervision agreement with a French institution.

  

Benefits:

   Master’s students receive a monthly stipend of €1,181.

  PhD students receive a monthly stipend of €1,700.

  Additional benefits include international and national transportation, health insurance, and cultural activities.

  

Application Process:

   Students cannot apply directly. Applications must be submitted by French higher education institutions.

   The institutions then forward selected applications to Campus France, the French national agency for the promotion of higher education.

 Ampère Excellence Scholarship
